HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?
At Roc Father, we are committed to providing unmatched quality along with reliable order processing and shipping. It is important to note that we handcraft small batches of products at a time as each product is meticulously assembled in our Woodstock Work Shop. In doing so, we are able to cut down on wasteful inventory and material, thus we are more eco friendly. After all, there is only one Mother Earth, and we want to respect her.
However, this also means that it will take a little longer to receive your products than the things you order off Amazon. Sorry, no next day shipping for us.
Usually, it takes 3–7 days to fulfill an order, after which it’s shipped out. The shipping time depends on your location, but is usually another 3-4 days. Exceptions do apply of course. We will do our best to communicate with you should your product take longer than expected to fulfill. However, we will email a tracking link after your purchase so you can keep tabs on where your new gear is and when it will be delivered.
CAN I GET FREE SHIPPING?
Yes! We proudly offer free shipping for all orders that exceed $150 (before taxes and shipping are applied). You can also receive free shipping as a one-time offer for giving us your email deets when you first visit our site.
WHERE WILL MY ORDER SHIP FROM?
We have two fulfillment processes.
For all Roc Father Premium Products, we hand pack and ship all orders and ship from our New York location.
For all Just the Bolt Products, we work with a third party manufacturing and fulfillment partner in Printify. They have multiple fulfillment centers and ship products on demand based on your location.
MY ORDER SHOULD BE HERE BY NOW, BUT I STILL DON'T HAVE IT. WHAT SHOULD I DO?
Before getting in touch with us, please help us out by doing the following:

Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address

Ask your local post office if they have your package

Stop by your neighbors in case the courier left the package with them

If the shipping address was correct, and the package wasn't left at the post office or at your neighbor’s, get in touch with us at MatthewCarasella@mac.com with your order number.
- If you did find a mistake in your delivery address, we can send you a replacement order, but shipping will be at your own cost.
HOW ARE YOUR PRODUCTS MADE?
All Roc Father Premium Products are handcrafted in a small family owned workshop in Woodstock, New York.
For all Just the Bolt Products, we work with Printify to produce each product made to order. They have locations worldwide, so depending on where you are, your orders are printed and shipped from the facility that can do it most efficiently!
HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?

I RECEIVED A WRONG/DAMAGED PRODUCT, WHAT SHOULD I DO?
We’re so sorry if the product you ordered arrived damaged. To help us resolve this for you quickly, please email us at Matthew@RocFather.com within a weeks' time with photos of the damaged product, your order number, and any other details you may have about your order. We’ll get back to you with a resolution as soon as possible!
